The Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) is a government-established fund designed to support key sectors in Dominica, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, tourism, and climate resilience projects. By contributing to the EDF, investors help drive the socio-economic development of the country while obtaining citizenship for themselves and their families.
Minimum Contribution Requirements
To qualify for Dominica Citizenship by Investment under the EDF option, investors must make a one-time, non-refundable contribution based on the number of applicants:
✔ Single Applicant: US$200,000
✔ Main Applicant and Spouse: US$250,000
✔ Family of Four (Main Applicant, Spouse, and Two Dependents): US$250,000
✔ Additional Dependent (regardless of age): US$50,000 per dependent
Government Processing Fees
✔ Due Diligence Fee: For the main applicant: US$7,500; For each dependent (16+ years old): US$4,000
✔ Application Processing Fee: US$1,000 per application
✔ Passport Issuance Fee: US$500 per person
✔ Certificate of Naturalization Fee: US$250 per person
Other Fees
✔ Legal and Administration Fees: US$10,000 plus US$1,500 per dependent
