Investment Options & Eligibility Requirements

All adult applicants must hold a clean criminal record from their country of residence. A valid private health insurance policy is also required to ensure comprehensive medical coverage in Cyprus. While applicants are permitted to own and operate businesses, they are not allowed to engage in salaried employment within Cyprus. Furthermore, applicants must provide evidence of accommodation in Cyprus, either through property ownership or a valid rental agreement.
